Regional Market Trends
The real estate market across the region continues to show strong demand and low inventory, creating a competitive environment for buyers and favorable conditions for sellers.
Inventory levels remain low, with months supply of inventory ranging from 1.22 to 3.14 months. Most areas are experiencing less than two months of supply, indicating a strong seller’s market. Homes are selling quickly, averaging 22 to 36 days on the market, while some areas with slightly higher inventory see sales taking around 83 days.
Sellers are receiving between 94.5% and 97.7% of their asking price, showing that homes are selling close to list price with strong buyer demand driving competitive offers. Median home prices vary across the region, ranging from $141,150 to $199,900, reflecting steady values despite fluctuating inventory levels.
For sellers, now is an excellent time to list. With high demand and low inventory, homes are selling quickly and for competitive prices. Proper pricing and presentation will help attract strong offers, and many sellers are securing deals close to their asking price. If you’ve been considering selling, market conditions are in your favor.
